We offer a preview of the cultural program planned for this summer, which will feature an extensive program of Readings and a Congress on the figure of Julián Sanz del Río and his connection with the Institución Libre de Enseñanza, on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of its founding.
Readings
The Readings are two-day participatory courses in which specific texts by prominent authors from our culture and universal culture are read attentively, interpreted, and discussed in small groups, and this year, under the guidance of a specialist. All Reading sessions will take place in the morning, between 9:30 AM and 2:00 PM.

Sanz del Río Congress, The Free Institution of Education and Regenerationism Yesterday and Today

In collaboration with the City Council of Soria
On the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the creation of the Institución Libre de Enseñanza, a Congress will be held that will last a day and a half and will be divided into three sessions, two in the morning and one in the afternoon. It will feature four main lectures, delivered by figures of recognised prestige at the national and international levels, and about ten shorter presentations by national and local specialists, grouped into sets of three or four speakers. Additionally, a session of communications will be proposed.
The night after the first session, a musical evening will take place.
