lease contact the Spanish Embassy that is closest to your regular address so that they can inform you of the documentation you need. After you have made your reservation, we will provide you with a letter of invitation to obtain the visa in case you need it.

If the cancellation is made in a period equal to or greater than 21 days before the start date of the course, we will return 50% of the prepayment to the student (except the registration fee and possible administration fees). If the cancellation is made less than 21 days before the course start date, we will not make any refund. In case the cancellation concerns only the accommodation, it should be notified 14 days before the date of arrival. When the cancellation or change is made outside this notice period, the full amount of the accommodation must be paid by the student unless we can fill the vacancy with another student. En caso de que la cancelación sea sólo del alojamiento, el período de aviso serán 14 días antes de la fecha reservada de llegada. Cuando la cancelación o cambio se realice fuera de este período de aviso, se deberá pagar el importe completo del alojamiento reservado a no ser que el Centro Internacional Antonio Machado pueda rellenar la vacante con otro estudiante.

In order to reserve a place for a course, a prepayment of 150 euros is required. If the program includes accommodation, this payment will be at least 200 euros. For special courses, Hispanic Studies courses and for individual classes the amount of prepayment required may be different. In any case, this amount will not exceed 50% of the price of the full course. The prepayment is part of the final price of the course and will be deducted from the total cost. Prepayments can be made in cash, credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or by bank transfer (all bank fees are borne by the student). The rest of payments to complete the total price must be made before the first day of class. On that first day, students must present the documents that justify the pending payments. Students are enrolled in the school once their registration form has been approved and the prepayment has been received.
